Morrell Investigations & Services was founded in July of 2012 and is a fully operational private detective agency located in Monmouth County New Jersey servicing companies, corporations, organizations, law offices, schools, individuals and families throughout the entire state of New Jersey. Our highly experienced team currently conduct many various cases in the investigative field and our top goal is to ensure client satisfaction.
Most investigators/detectives are highly trained and proficient in stationary and mobile surveillance. They may observe a site, such as the home of a subject/claimant, from an inconspicuous location or a vehicle. They continue the surveillance, often using high-def video cameras, covert equipment, binoculars, and a cell phone until the desired evidence is obtained. This watching and waiting often continues for a long time.
Investigators/detectives also may perform computer database searches or work with someone who does. Computers quickly allow investigators to obtain massive amounts of information on individual's' address history, prior arrests, convictions, and civil legal judgments, telephone numbers, motor vehicle registrations, association and club memberships, and other matters.
All of our investigators are highly trained and received additional training in our method of operations in order to meet the high standards we demand, and follow the philosophies we work by. Our investigators understand the importance of "good evidence" and will never use unethical tactics to gain information. They are rewarded based on the efficiency and quality of their work and not by how much time they take to complete the investigation.

All work is done by licensed investigators and employees in compliance with all rules and regulations of the appropriate state. Morrell Investigations does not hire other investigation agencies to do our work. Our team possesses decades of private investigation experience and come from several different backgrounds from private investigations to law enforcement.
We provide detailed professional reports, photographs, and time/date stamped video evidence which can be used in court proceedings. The reports include video logs, minute-by-minute transcriptions of the exact events, and video images to provide a clear understanding of the investigation.

My name is Chris Morrell, owner of MI&S, and I have been a Private Investigator for the past 15+ years. A majority of my work targets the field of Insurance Fraud, Workers Compensation, and Matrimonial cases, however I have been involved in several other different types of investigations. I personally make it my top priority to dedicate myself fully to each and every case my company is assigned and conduct extensive research for preparation prior to commencing. I treat every case as a very serious manner and will always make sure the case is handled the correct and professional way. I enjoy what I do and have been involved with cases ranging from very small to large high profile cases for some big names in the industry. I am proud of what I have accomplished so far and look forward to the future because in this line of work there's never enough to learn and discover.
